Skincare cloths
Real cloths for your whole routine.
Most routines run through a stack of cotton rounds and a pack of makeup wipes. Rounds tear, and wipes often carry preservatives, fragrance and alcohol that can irritate skin. These are soft, pure organic cotton cloths, one for each step. Use one, toss it in the wash, use it again.

Your routine, the way we do it
Three cloths, three steps. Here's how we use them.
1. Facial pad. Wet it with makeup remover and hold it over each eye for a moment, then wipe gently. In the morning, use one to sweep on your toner.
2. Washclothette. Massage your oil or cleanser into your skin. Then wipe it away with a warm, wet washclothette. This is the step that replaces the makeup wipe.
3. Face cloth. Soak it in warm water, wring it out, and lay it over your face for a warm steam. Or soak it in your herbal skincare treatment. Or simply pat dry. We use one morning and night, then grab a fresh one the next day.
Warm, not hot. Test the water on your wrist first. And pat dry, don't rub.
Why it matters what it's made of
This touches your face twice a day. So it's certified organic cotton fabric, sewn with organic cotton thread, and nothing else. No synthetic dyes, chlorine bleach, optical brighteners, synthetic fibers, or water and stain repellents.
“Using a clean cotton towel is the most important part.”
Questions
How many do I need?
For one person, the Complete set: 7 facial pads, 6 washclothettes and 3 face cloths. That's three days of your routine between washes, with a fresh face cloth each day and a washclothette for each wash. New to cloths? The Discovery set is a good place to begin.
Which fabric should I pick?
Velour feels like velvet. Fleece feels like a cloud. Basketweave feels like peach fuzz. Facial pads are velour only, and face cloths come in velour or fleece. Compare the fabrics
Will they stain?
Yes. Cotton is pure plant, so it soaks things up, makeup included. We skip stain-repellent finishes on purpose. To reduce stains, rinse after use with a drop of castile soap, hang to dry, and wash before the next use. Sunlight fades stains on undyed cotton.
How do I wash them?
Rinse after use with cool water, wring it out, hang to dry, and wash before the next use. Machine wash and dry with like colors. Skip fabric softener and dryer sheets: they coat the fibers, and a coated cloth doesn't soak anything up.
Where are they made?
Made in the USA. Organic cotton grown in India and Texas, milled in South Carolina and Pennsylvania, cut and sewn in New Mexico.
Better than a cotton round. Every time.
