Details
9 by 9 inches. Velour and fleece are one layer, basketweave is two. Natural, undyed. 100% organic cotton fabric and 100% organic cotton thread. Free of synthetic dyes, chlorine bleach, optical brighteners, synthetic fibers, and water and stain repellents.
Velour: cotton grown in India, fabric milled in South Carolina. Fleece: cotton grown in Texas, fabric milled in South Carolina. Basketweave: cotton grown in Texas, fabric woven in Pennsylvania. All cut, sewn and packed in New Mexico.
Care
Machine wash and dry with like colors. Skip fabric softener and dryer sheets: they coat the fibers, and a coated cloth doesn't soak anything up.
We cut every cloth a little big on purpose. The first wash shrinks it to size.
Stains
Yes, our cloths will stain. That's how you know they're real. Cotton is pure plant, so it soaks things up. We skip stain-repellent finishes on purpose. To reduce stains, rinse after use with cool water and a drop of soap, hang to dry, and wash before the next use. Sunlight fades stains on undyed cotton.
Made from certified organic cotton fabric and thread. Certification applies to the cotton fiber and yarn, not the finished product.
